FACILITIES IN OUR FOUNDRY
Our organization is geared towards providing world class castings solutions for your casting needs at most economic cost with maximum quality within the stipulated time period. The above objectives can be achieved due to the facilities present in our foundry, witch are as follows.

MOLDING
We have a molding area of 5000 sq ft where we practice hand molding as well as machine molding.

We have two sand mullers for preparing molding sand. This is tested for strength, moisture & permeability in our well equipped lab.

 

CORE PREPARATION
We have the capacity for producing cores in core oil, CO2, No-bake compounds.

  For preparations of core we have separate core department for making the above mentioned cores. Also we have a core oven for baking of cores.

For preparing core sand 3 sand mixers with capacities 250kg, 100kg, 10kg, are used accordingly to the requirement of job.

While preparing CO2 cores we use CO2 breaker compounds for easier breaking of cores after the jobs have been cast.

No –bake cores are prepared in a separate department to prevent mixing of chemicals.

MELTING

We use a 350kw Inductotherm make with 500 kg & 1000kg pot for melting of Cast Iron, Steel & Alloy Steel.

We have a CE meter (Ajay Syscon make) for live indication of molten metal temperature, Carbon Equivalent & hardness of metal being poured.


QUALITY CONTROL

Quality is paramount in our foundry and we are committed to keep rejection at the most minimum level possible. Hence we check the raw material such as Pig Iron, CI Scrap at our lab. We also check the finished material for hardness, Carbon %, Silicon % as per customer requirement.

FINISHING DEPARTMENT

After shot blasting of castings all the castings are cleaned with the help of Bench Grinder, Hand Grinders as per the job requirement, does grinding and the castings are ready for dispatch after final inspection.
