Ours is private limited company established in 1998 for manufacturing of graded C.I. casting as per IS 210 standards of Grade FG 200 to FG 260. With an installed capacity of 200 tons per month.

Recently we have upgraded our foundry by adding an induction furnace of 350 kw with pots of 1000kg & 500 kg.

Our Induction furnaces of 500 kg and 1 ton capacity are used  for production of Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, Steel and Alloy castings. In our foundry we also have a 24” divided blast cupola    for melting metal.  The melting rate is 2.5 ton/hr.
 
Ours is a foundry we have hand molding as well as machine molding is done. Also we have a well equipped core shop with facilities for making cores using core oil, carbon Di oxide &No bake compound.

We are at the  moment supplying castings to nearly 70 highly satisfied customers in diverse fields such as automotive castings , sugar processing machinery, chemical process pumps, pumps & valves , boiler industries, special purpose machinery Manufactures etc.
